Morgan Hunt is working with a charity based in London in search of a HR Recruitment Administrator, who can hit the ground running!

This role would best suit someone with a comprehensive HR background including Recruitment and has experience with ER cases. The College is a large sized organisation with a very supportive team. This is a standalone position however you will receive a lot of support and structure from the wider team. So don't let this thought deter you from applying.

Length of contract: Permanent

Pay: £23,000 to £25,000

Hours: 40 HOURS

Location: 5 days in the office located in west London

Your role of HR Recruitment Administrator will include:

  • Duties including but not limited to preparing, checking and proof-reading advertisements, and placing job advertisements on both portals and job boards or liaising with external/third party suppliers/recruitment partners
  • Support the administration of interview arrangements and advising on and maintaining/updating the E-recruitment system
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of new joiners and their progress during the pre-boarding process and advising recruiting managers
  • Ensure that all relevant pre-employment checks are completed prior to an employee's start date, including RTW, qualifications and references
