This is an exiting opportunity for an HR Generalist with international experience to join this faith based charity.
Reporting into the Head of Finance you will be responsible for supporting the global HR operations across 30 countries. Your key accountabilities will include:-
You should be an experienced international HR Generalist ideally with a track record of working in the humanitarian sector. Experience of developing HR policies, managing complex employee relations issues needs to be combined with excellent stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of Arabic, French or one of the Indian subcontinent national languages would be ideal.
