Client:
My client is a leading Housing Association based in manchester who are looking for an IT Analyst who will be responsible for playing a key role in delivering technological improvements, producing insightful data analysis and presenting this in a meaningful manner. You will also support staff in using ITC equipment and providing a range of IT related administrative duties across the Association.
Your Role:
- To provide first line support of IT systems for all staff.
- Liaise with third party IT support to ensure IT issues are resolved quickly and any improvements identified are implemented in a timely manner.
- Provide user management, including user creation, password setting and dealing with permission issues
- Play an active role in IT projects including project administration and act as liaison between software developers and staff.
What you need to be successful:
- Experience of projects and improvements across an organisation
- Experience of using MS Excel to analyse data
- Experience of querying databases using SQL
- Knowledge of Office 365 and Windows Server administration
- Ability to communicate IT information effectively to both technical & non-technical members of staff and partners
