We have a current opportunity for a IT Support - 1st & 2nd Line on a contract basis. The position will be based in St Andrews and will require candidates to be on site 5 days a week for this customer facing role. This contract is for an initial 4 months.

Rate: £150-£200pd - Inside IR35 (Umbrella)

This is a great opportunity with our well establishes client. This organisation is looking for an IT Support to provide technical support in the delivery of a responsive, customer focused 1st/2nd line IT support service. The initial contract will be until the end of May 2023 with the possibility of extension beyond this.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the response of IT Ticket requests They will also be responsible for troubleshooting (onsite and phone) any hardware and software issues, password resets and a large scale laptop deployment in a timely manner.

Experience/Skills Required

  • Experience in 1st/2nd line support
  • Password resets and MFA
  • Experience working with O365
  • Call handling and troubleshooting
  • Building and deploying hardware
  • Adhering to SLAs
