Key responsibilities
In this Job Coach job, your responsibilities will include:
- To enable students to learn roles & tasks within the workplace environment
- Building their skills and confidence to become independent, for some this may require Travel training
- Application and claims to Access to work will be required as well as ensuring the safety of our students and completion of all required H&S paperwork
Skills & experience
- A proven track record working with learners with special needs
- A DBS on the update service or Issued within the last 12 months - needs to be Child and Adult cleared
- Access to a car - will be travelling to and from various sites
- Temporary to Permanent post for the right person
