Morgan Hunt are currently working with a Financial Sector Regulator, in their search for a permanent Lawyer (Enforcement) to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, in complex and often high-profile investigations.
This will involve assisting in case strategy, driving investigations forward as well as working with a multi-disciplinary team to collate, analyse and prepare evidence. You will be instructing and working with counsel and external experts/solicitors as well monitoring case budgets, preparing for tribunal and providing advice on legal and policy aspects of cases.
The successful applicant will be a qualified solicitor or barrister with experience in regulatory law, white-collar crime and/or commercial litigation. You will have excellent legal, analytical and communication skills along with strong intellect and good judgement. You will be organised, able to work to deadlines and make fair and robust legal decisions. You will have a passion for public interest and a friendly, collaborative, and can-do attitude.
