Job Title: Lead Manager
Location: Haringey
Assignment: 2 months (possible extension).
Pay: £17 - £22 Per hour
Rota: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00
We are looking for an experienced manager to come in and oversee the beginning of a brand-new service in Haringey! In this role you will be overseeing a small team of two support workers to deliver a floating support service to clients based in hotels in Haringey. This project will house up to 20 clients with histories of homelessness, rapidly assess their needs, and move them on to more independent accommodation as quickly as possible, in conjunction with partner agencies.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an innovative and effective manager to play a crucial role in influencing, delivering, and developing a brand-new service. The successful candidate will be responsible for the project's performance against its contract, monitoring, and reporting to funders in meeting the required targets.
You will:
- Ensure the team are focused on rapid assessments and increasing move on towards independence.
- Ensure that the environment is safe, healthy, and reflective of our ethos and supports our service users' aims.
- Carry out creative joint working with the local authority and community-based services, our staff, and residents to ensure that support is personalised, effective and measurable.
- Foster a culture of high performance and continual striving to improve upon successes throughout your team.
