Job description

Learning & Development Co-ordinator, 3-month temporary role, Remote.

Morgan hunt are working with one of the UK's leading health charity who are looking to recruit a Learning & Development Co-ordinator on a 3 month temporary basis. This Learning and Development co-ordinator role is paying £13.19 PAYE with remote working plus an additional allowance for WFH. This role is 35 hours per week and is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain or further their experience in this sector with an amazing organisation!

Job purpose for Learning & Development Co-ordinator:

  • To provide front line support for Learning & Development enquires.
  • To support the creation and delivery of learning interventions and manage.

Key responsibilities for Learning & Development Co-ordinator:

  • Liaising with external suppliers and trouble shooting any issues, feedback or schedule Clashes.
  • Assisting the development of the organisational development and all work-streams in
  • Managing the delivery of foundation learning activities including E-learning and face-face.
  • Responsible for personal and employee learning and development within the organisation.
  • Co-ordinating invoices for payments.
  • Updating the budget analysis and producing reports.

Experience and skills required for Learning & Development Co-ordinator:

  • Experience in Learning and development or CIPD equivalent
  • Confident and proactive when liaising with stake holders and
  • The ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple priorities
  • Able to communicate effectively with all audiences
  • Highly profession and organised
  • Passionate about L&D and committed to their own learning.
