Learning and Development Coordinator

Central London

£25,000 - £30,000


9:00am - 5:00pm 3 - 4 days in the office for the first month and then 2 days a week in the office

Morgan Hunt are working with a reputable charity that supports patients with cancer are now seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator join their team permanently. You will be supporting the Learning and Development Officer by creating as well as enhancing the materials that are uploaded to the Learning Management system.

Main Duties:

As a Learning and Development Coordinator you will be responsible for the below:

  • Creating and editing digital content such as videos, storylines and animations.
  • Managing the Learning Management System with updated information and answering employee queries regarding the system.
  • Collecting and analysing data to identify areas that require improvement within the business.
  • Liaising with various departments to track projects, trends and process invoices.
  • Booking meetings, training sessions as well as events for internal and external stakeholders.


As a Learning and Development Coordinator you must have the below: .

  • Proven experience of working on a Learning Management System.
  • Previous experience within a Learning and Development or HR Role.
  • Experience of working within Healthcare or a Charity.
  • Must have experience supporting with projects.
  • Confident communication skills and ability to be proactive.
  • Strong IT skills e.g Microsoft.
