The YMCA St Paul's Group are looking to recruit 2 Receptionists to work 20 hours each over 5 days a week including Weekends and Bank Holidays.
The post holder will deliver consistently high-quality customer service throughout the organisation; providing an excellent service experience and 'one-stop-shop' provision for residents and other YMCA visitors. As a central point of contact for all customers, will be responding to various queries, providing information and holistic support in an open and honest way.
