Part-time 3 days a week 9am - 5pm

Morgan Hunt are working with an outstanding warm Charity who are seeking a Facilities Officer to join their team on a part-time 3 Month contract. You will be supporting the Governance Manager with admin operations of the building maintenance.

Main Duties:

As a Facilities Officer you will be responsible for the below:

• Managing the budget for all office supplies and ensuring the stationaries are maintained.
• Maintaining the buildings facilities and strong relationship building.
• Update the database with relevant documents and informing relevant members of changes.
• Organise and coordinate corporate events with effective communication.
• Ensuring the office space meets the Health & Safety requirements.
• Assist with booking accommodations, travel arrangements, mail and process company expenses.
• Creating reports, reviewing presentation and sensitive documentation.

Requirements:

As a Facilities Officer you must have the below:

• Proven experience of working in a fast paced environment.
• Must have experience reporting to senior management.
• Previously worked in an administrative role.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong IT skills e.g Microsoft.
