Interim HR Manager - Education - London with Hybrid working

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist to join this forward thinking educational organisation.

Reporting in to the Operations Director you will be responsible for reviewing and implementing HR policies and process across their schools. Your key accountabilities will include:-

  • Overseeing the local implementation of the organisation's HR processes, policies and procedures
  • Taking the lead on employee relations issues including absence management and disciplinary and grievances
  • Providing effective advice and guidance to the Executive team and Senior Leadership team
  • Maintaining a centralised approach to recruitment, workforce planning and recruitment
  • Managing all aspects of salary and benefits within budgetary constraints including salary benchmarking
  • Taking the leading on HR reporting and developing new HR metrics
  • Liaising closely with the outsourced providers


You should be an experienced HR Generalist with a track record of managing an HR function within an education environment. Experience of providing effective HR advice on employment issues needs to be combined with strong stakeholder management skills and an ability to work with HR systems.
