Compensation & Benefits Officer, 6 month FTC - Leading International Charity - London

This is an exciting opportunity for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist with experience of payroll or an HR Generalist with good compensation experience.

Reporting in to the HR Manager you will be responsible for managing pay and benefit and for overseeing payroll. Your key accountabilities will include:-

  • Researching and analysing compensation and benefits trends
  • Supporting the HR Manager with annual salary benchmarking
  • Developing digital platforms to increase awareness and accessibility of reward packages
  • Supporting the implementation of an organisation wide benefits review
  • Working closely with outsourced payroll provider, overseeing 2 monthly payrolls
  • Collecting and organising data in accordance with Gender Pay Gap reporting

You should be an experienced Compensation and Benefits Specialist or an HR Generalist with experience of dealing with complex pay and reward issues and of overseeing payroll. Experience of using HRIS systems needs to be combined with excellent analytical skills.
