This is an exciting opportunity for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist with experience of payroll or an HR Generalist with good compensation experience.
Reporting in to the HR Manager you will be responsible for managing pay and benefit and for overseeing payroll. Your key accountabilities will include:-
You should be an experienced Compensation and Benefits Specialist or an HR Generalist with experience of dealing with complex pay and reward issues and of overseeing payroll. Experience of using HRIS systems needs to be combined with excellent analytical skills.
