This is an exciting opportunity for a Head of HR to join an established UK charity going through a period of positive change.
Reporting in to the Director of People you will be responsible for developing, improving and implementing HR policies and processes. Your key accountabilities will include:-
You should be a Head of HR or Senior HR Business Partner with a track record of developing, improving and implementing HR policies and processes in a multi-site environment. Experience of managing a team needs to be combined with a strong knowledge of employment law and of building solid relationships with senior stakeholders.
