Head of HR, 6 month FTC - Leading UK Charity - London with hybrid working
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of HR to join a leading UK charity.
Reporting into the Director of People you will be responsible for leading the HR function and for delivering a high quality HR service. Your key accountabilities will include:-
- Contributing to the development and implementation of the people strategy in line with the organisation strategy
- Leading and coaching the HR team including Talent Acquisition and Learning
- Managing complex employee relations cases
- Supporting organisational change programmes including restructures and consultations
- Reviewing and updating HR policies and processes
- Ensuring the Talent Acquisition team attract talented and diverse people
- Championing the delivery of the Equality and Diversity strategy
You should be an experienced Head of HR or HR Director with a track record of leading an HR function in a multi-site environment, ideally within the not for profit/charity sector. Experience of managing organisational change including restructures need to be combined with a good knowledge of EDI best practice. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential.
