The YMCA St Paul's Group are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner on an interim basis to start immediately.
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is an internal consultant providing empowering business support and generalist HR expertise in line with the employee life cycle and across all business areas as assigned in conjunction with the Head of Human Resources.
HR Business partners will collaborate with business leaders, managers, and key stakeholders and HR colleagues helping to shape, develop and deliver HR plans and solutions and generalist HR expertise in line with the needs and priorities of YMCA St. Paul's Group. The Business Partner is responsible for building effective relationships within their business areas and acting as an advocate and the "voice" of the business within the corporate HR function. They will contribute to the development of the wider People Strategy by delivering key HR initiatives across the HR spectrum, including workforce planning, restructuring, resourcing, talent management, pay and reward, employee relations, employee engagement and performance management to ensure a cohesive and coordinated HR service within their designated areas.
