HR Operations Manager - Specialist Marketing Agency - London with hybrid working

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Manager to join a specialist agency creating Live & Virtual experiences.

Reporting into the Group Managing Director and working closely with senior management team you will be responsible for providing and managing a full HR Operations service. Your key accountabilities will include:-

  • Working with Directors within the Group to develop their People Agenda
  • Managing recruitment processes from start to finish including building relationships with third parties and managing inductions
  • Reviewing and updating HR policies and processes
  • Overseeing and managing the performance appraisal process
  • Developing a staff training matrix, and researching relevant courses
  • Supporting and advising managers on employee relations issues
  • Driving a positive and inclusive culture


You should be an experienced HR Manager or HR Generalist with a track record of working in a fast paced environment. A good knowledge of employment law and HR best practice needs be combined with an ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders. Ideally you will have experience of working on HR projects. A passion for HR is essential!
