Senior Resourcing Advisor, 12 month FTC - International Not for Profit organisation - London (hybrid working)

This is an exciting opportunity for an immediately available Recruitment Advisor to join an established international not for profit organisation.

Reporting in to the Head of HR and working closely with the other Senior Resourcing Advisor you will be responsible for a range to talent acquisition activities.

Your key accountabilities will include:-

  • Taking the lead on international recruitment from intern to senior executive level
  • Making recommendations to improve all aspects of the recruitment process
  • Promoting the organisation as a employer of choice, ensuring they attract and retain the highest calibre of candidates
  • Liaising with the leadership team to understand current and future hiring needs
  • Managing the end-to-end recruiting process including; candidate sourcing, recruitment briefings, advertising, reviewing CVs, interviewing and offer negotiation
  • Providing guidance/expertise on pipelining and sourcing channels appropriate to the organisation's requirements
  • Making full use of ATS, other related systems and advertising platforms
  • Coaching and training hiring managers on recruitment best practice

You should be an experienced recruiter with a track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes ideally in the Not for Profit sector. Experience of recruiting at all levels needs to be combined with a strong direct hiring skill set. Ideally you will have experience of international recruitment. An ability to work in a fast paced environment is essential.
