This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist to join an award winning social enterprise based in Hertfordshire on a part-time basis. There is a flexibility on the number of working days.
Reporting into the Director of Finance & Operations you will be responsible for delivering a professional HR service to the organisation. Your key accountabilities will include:-
You should be an HR Generalist with experience of reviewing and improving HR policies and developing learning initiatives. A good knowledge of employment law needs to be combined with an ability to work autonomously and to work closely with senior leaders. Excellent communication skills are essential.
