Resourcing Advisor, 6 month FTC - International Not for Profit organisation - London

This is an exciting opportunity for an immediately available Recruitment Advisor to join an established international not for profit organisation.

You will be working as part of a wider recruitment team and will be responsible for the hiring at levels across 15 countries.

Your key accountabilities will include:-

  • Managing the delivery of recruitment processes in a highly organised and efficient manner
  • Providing valuable insight and useful expectation management to internal stakeholders
  • Supporting the Senior Recruitment and HR Associates with producing overall recruitment statistics and insights for management review on a regular basis.
  • Working as part of overall HR team, to ensure that the organisation's policies, procedures and strategic goals are followed and supported.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruiting process including; candidate sourcing, administration, recruitment briefings, advertising, reviewing CVs, application and interview screening
  • Providing guidance/expertise on pipelining and sourcing channels appropriate to the organisation's requirements
  • Make full use of ATS, other related systems and advertising platforms
  • Working closely with the communications team to ensure any advertising materials are suitable for the external market/publications

You should be an experienced recruiter with a track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes ideally in the Not for Profit sector. Experience of recruiting at all levels needs to be combined with a strong direct hiring skill set. Ideally you will have experience of international recruitment. An ability to work in a fast paced environment is essential.
