Morgan Hunt are currently looking for someone to lead an exciting pilot project commissioned to help improve health outcomes for autistic people in Brent.
Improving access to pre and post diagnostic support for Brent residents on the Adult Autism Assessment waiting list, this pilot is a brilliant opportunity to help make sure voices are head in the Brent area.
You will offer care navigation to individuals, helping people to access health services and improving understanding of what services are available. Collecting stories and experiences, you will help to address system issues. From responding to referrals to raising awareness, this is a varied role which requires someone who is a confident speaker.
We are after someone ideally who has managed groups or forums and has experience helping either to lead or develop a new project.
This is a 12-month pilot project where the role will develop and further extension to the service may be considered.
