Job description
Morgan Hunt are working with Mind in Harrow on their search for a Head of Mental Health Services.
Providing operational service managers with clear direction, good supervision and performance management, you will proactively manage any staff performance issues using Mind policies as required.
You will have overall responsibility for managing the delivery of all relevant contracts and grant agreements relating to specified operational services ensuring that all performance and reporting requirements are met and liaising with, contract managers and commissioners about this as required.
You will support the CEO and Head of Business development in securing funding for current services and to engage proactively with colleagues, commissioners and partners to develop new services to meet the needs of the diverse local community.
You will have at least 3 years of experience win a similar role within a social care service. We are looking for someone with fantastic strategic and operational skills and an ability to build strong and trusted relationships.
The role is full time and permanent and is hybrid working between home and the office in Harrow.
