HR Manager - Leading Care Organisation - South East/Home Counties
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist to work for a leading care organisation with nines sites across the UK.
Reporting into the Director of Human Resources you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR Support across the organisation. Your key accountabilities will include:-
You should be an experienced HR Business Partner or HR Manager with a track record of working in fast paced multi-site environment ideally in the care sector. A strong employee relations skill set needs to be combined with experience of coaching and upskilling line managers. Ideally you will be MCIPD qualified.
This role covers multiple sites with occasional overnight stays.
