The YMCA St Paul's Group are looking to recruit 2 Support Brokers on a fixed term contract until the end of December 2021.
The purpose of the role is to provide support broker service addressing resident's support needs throughout the 'Resident Pathway' framework. The post holder is to provide end-to-end customer service by providing solutions and opportunities for residents to develop and improve essential life skills. To be successful in the role, the post-holder is to be understanding, empathetic, and resilient in meeting the needs of the residents as well as the outcomes of YMCA SPG. Having a constructive approach and grounding own emotions when dealing with difficult situations is imperative and critical to the success of the role.
