AAT Tutor/Assessor

Morgan Hunt are working with a well established training provider within the Education and Training sector who are currently recruiting for an AAT Tutor/Assessor in North London. This is a full time permanent contract and the salary on offer is between £27,000 - £32,000. Our client is willing to consider AAT Tutors or Lecturers for this position however this will result in reduced number of working days. This role will focus on delivering the AAT Apprenticeship Standard up to Level 3.

The AAT Tutor/Assessor will be responsible for:

• Delivering the full Apprenticeship Standards in AAT up to Level 3

• Planning and coordinating training, resources and support to enable learners to achieve their qualifications

• Using E-portfolio to track learners progress

• Managing own caseloads within timely completion rate as required by assessment and verification processes

• Working with the internal verifier to ensure standards are met

• Managing and achieving targets set by the lead IQA

• Engaging with clients to obtain and provide learner feedback and to generate new business to help grow the company

The AAT Tutor/Assessor will:

• Demonstrate work experience within the Accountancy sector

• Hold an Assessors and Teaching qualification

• Have previous experience working as an Assessor and achieved a high number of apprentice completions

• Have previously delivered the Level 3 AAT Apprenticeship Standards

• Hold a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in AAT

• GCSE's in both Maths and English grade A-C or equivalent
