We are currently working with a Health Membership organisation to recruit for a Membership Administrator!
Contract Type - Permanent
Location - Hybrid, their office is based in Central London
Hours - Full Time
Salary - £25,000
Main Duties of the Membership Administrator:
* Providing a first class customer services to Members answering all customer enquiries over the phone and email
* Manage the membership certificate process
* Ensuring that the CRM database is kept up to date with Members details
* Providing data for reporting
Experience Required of the Membership Administrator:
* Experience of working in a Membership organisation is highly desirable
* Fantastic customer service skills
* Experience of using CRM databases
