Receptionist Administrator

3 months contract likely to be extended

Start date - ASAP

London

£14.63 per hour holiday pay

36.50 hours and 5 days a week on site

Morgan Hunt are working with one of the leading largest University who are seeking a Receptionist Administrator to join them on a 3 month temporary basis. You will be the first point of contact for students, staff and visitors as well as delivering a high level of front of house service.

Main Duties:

As a Receptionist Administrator you will be responsible for the below:

  • Welcoming visitors, managing post, answering calls, sending emails and arranging deliveries.
  • Ensuring Health & Safety measures are followed.
  • Booking meeting rooms, helping to set ups meeting rooms, preparing refreshments, organising travel and ordering stationary.
  • Raising purchase orders, photocopying, scanning and updating the database with relevant documents.

As a Receptionist Administrator you must have the below:

  • Proven experience in a Receptionist or Front of House role.
  • Liaising with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of working in a similar role within the higher education sector.
  • Strong IT skills e.g Microsoft.
