Teaching & Learning Administrator

Starting 1st August

3 Month Rolling Contract

Central London

£20.38 per hour holiday pay

36.50 hours per week

Morgan Hunt are working with one of the leading largest University's in the UK who are seeking a Teaching & Learning Administrator to join their team on a temporary 3 Month rolling contract. You will be performing various administration duties to support the teaching and learning department to deliver an efficient service for students and staff.

Main Duties:

As a Teaching & Learning Administrator you will be responsible for the below:

  • Assist with welcome packs, module registration, meeting and greeting students as well as inductions.
  • First point of contact for potential and current students.
  • Managing modules, updating learning material, processing approvals and amendments.
  • Maintaining knowledge of courses or academic changes as well as participating in meetings.
  • Updating relevant staff of recorded absence, sickness and attendance of students.
  • Creating spreadsheets and updating it to record students results.

Requirements:

As a Teaching & Learning Administrator you must have the below:

  • Proven experience of working in a fast paced environment.
  • Must have administrator experience within an education background
  • Experience liaising with stakeholder withing committees, trustees or exam boards.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to be proactive.
  • Strong IT skills e.g Microsoft.
