Good Standard of General Education (Minimum of Level 2 English and Maths) |
ICT Training (ECDL or equivalent) |
Health and Safety Training |
Minimum of 6 months recent experience of administration of ALS |
Minimum of 3 months experience of High Needs funding |
Experience of meeting stringent deadlines and working to timescales |
Experience of EHCP processes applying to FE |
Experience of inputting, processing, and analysing large amounts of data |
Experience of delivering a high standard of customer care |
Good knowledge of Adult and High Needs funding methodology and guidelines related to post 16 support |
Ability to calculate and monitor financials; able to input and prepare data and statistics |
High level of attention to detail |
Excellent ICT skills, specifically in Microsoft Office including Excel |
Excellent communication skills both internally and with external stakeholders. |
Excellent organisational skills |
Ability to manage workload and prioritise work |
