The Chef Instructor will be responsible for:
- The college are looking for a keen and enthusiastic Chef Instructor for Coast Restaurant and the onsite college restaurant, which provides a realistic working environment for our hospitality and catering students, as well as being a commercial restaurant. This is a learning environment, as you will play an important role in ensuring that students' knowledge and practical skills reflect the commercial industry. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure that students are assessed against industry standards.
- Liaising with the other members of the department and Curriculum Manager to facilitate efficient delivery of the curriculum
