Morgan Hunt are delighted to be working with a prestigious Further Educational college in Surrey to help employ an experienced Electronics Engineer on a full-time basis for their Electronics Engineering Technician role, if you are looking for a temporary or permanent contract please see the JD below.

This job is aimed at enthusiastic & experienced electronics engineering professionals who want to support fellow staff, share and guide the next generation of Engineering professionals.

The Electronics Engineering Technician will responsible for:

  • Support students in the completion of their practical work under the direction of members of the teaching staff and be committed to promoting the college's commitment to best practice in equality
  • To maintain the construction workshops and associated equipment and provide support to students and staff.
  • Responsibilities for stock control and monitoring.

The Electronics Engineering Technician will need:

  • Industry experience
  • Level 2 qualification in Electronic Engineering
  • Have the ability to engage different learners through a range of teaching resources.
  • Have a valid DBS registered with the online update service or be willing to apply for a new one.
  • A willingness to teach within your specialist area.
