Job description

Morgan Hunt are working with a well established Training Provider within the Education and Training sector who are looking to appoint an Employer Engagement Advisor in North London. This is a full time permanent role paying between £27,000 - £32,000. This role will predominantly be based on site however there could be an option to offer some hybrid working. The main purpose of this role is to engage with employers to source suitable vacancies for apprentices.

The Employer Engagement Advisor - North London will be responsible for:

  • Engaging business and employers within the local area to source opportunities
  • Promoting the organisations apprenticeship schemes to employers
  • Develop new and existing relationships with employers
  • Working in collaboration with the Learner Engagement team to identify suitable employers and vacancies appropriate for the apprentices
  • Work towards a monthly target as directed by the line manager

The Employer Engagement Advisor - North London must:

  • Have experience in engaging employers to source vacancies within the education and training sector specifically apprenticeships
  • Be experienced in working in a target driven environment
  • Have a good understanding and knowledge of the apprenticeship market
  • Hold a grade C or above in both Maths and English
  • Be willing to travel across various clients sites across North London
