Morgan Hunt are delighted to be working with a prestigious Training Provider in Buckinghamshire to help employ an experienced Construction professional for their Plant & Groundwork Tutor/Assessor role. If you're looking for a permanent, don't hesitate to get in touch.

The role is open to professionals with teaching experience/qualifications and industry experience who will be able to develop and nurture the next generation of Construction professionals.

The Plant & Groundwork Tutor/Assessor will be responsible for:

• To deliver Construction Apprenticeship Standards qualifications at Level 2
• A mixture of classroom-based and on-site assessment delivery and e- platform management
• Working closely with internal and external key stakeholders, while delivering a range of quality provisions, you will
• Follow code of practise and or the agreed procedure for any awarding organisations.
• Train, assess, motivate and support learners on programmes towards achieving apprenticeships standards within a sector specific area and in a variety of locations and environments / organisations
• Support, plan, develop, implement and evaluate approved training materials, promoting standardisation, use approved training methods to develop the learner and utilise every opportunity
• Ensure the highest standards of learner completions are met and to monitor candidate's progress, including carrying out regular progression reviews/additional support reviews
• Manage work diary to visit apprentices to carryout onsite assessments

The Plant & Groundwork Tutor/Assessor will need to have:

• CPCS Cards - 360 Excavator, Dumper, Telehandler, Roller, Marshal
• Teaching qualification - PTLLS or CTLLS or Cert Ed
• A1 Assessor Award desirable (TAQA, D32, CAVA or equivalent)
