Barking and Dagenham College
Role Title: Principal & Chief Executive Officer
Salary: circa £165,000, depending on experience. (Plus, relocation package).
Contract Type: Permanent/Full-time

Our new Principal and CEO will have the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to nurture and develop relationships. Innovative, aspirational, and entrepreneurial, you will develop our vision of being an excellent provider of education and training. A strong leader with exemplary influencing skills and sound financial acumen, you will strengthen, and inspire the whole college community, ensuring the best outcomes for all.
You may be a current serving Principal or an aspiring leader seeking your first Principal post, either way, you will need to share our passion for inclusivity and exceptional learner experience.
