Job Title: Intervention coach in English and Maths

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Determine testing schedule and prepare testing materials.
- Update student data.
- Direct assessments.
- Train staff conducting the testing.
- Determine caseloads for Intervention Specialists.
- Maintain and oversee all testing.
- Problem solve issues or concerns.
- Prepare response to intervention materials.
- Prepare training materials for weekly meeting.
- Collect weekly lessons from Intervention Specialists.
Skills & experience
- Level 4 qualification, Higher Level Teaching Assistant standards or equivalent qualification
- Appropriate degree, with UK PGCE, or other teaching qualification giving QTS
- Good numeracy/literacy skills
- Experience working with children of relevant age
- Experience of working with students with additional needs
- Good qualifications in a range of subjects including English and Maths
- A clean enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check or police check (for applicants who have never worked in UK) and no question regarding suitability to work with children
