Morgan Hunt are working with Barnet & Southgate College to recruit for a Quality Data Analyst. Barnet & Southgate College is an established Further Education and Training College and we are keen to speak with you if you are interested in a new role.
The Quality Data Analyst will be responsible for:
- Produce and maintain a set of reports which provide users with timely, accurate and accessible data and performance indicators to manage the college's core business
- Produce data reports on a monthly basis to support Quality Review Meetings (QRM)
- With the HTLQI, set up and monitor student surveys; produce reports and analysis of data
- Produce data reports required for Self-Assessment Reviews at curriculum and whole college levels
- Produce bespoke data reports and analysis for Senior and Executive Leadership Teams
- Be a source of contact with external bodies/contractors in the event of outsourced assistance is required.
- Support with reporting to external partners and stakeholders on curriculum-based projects
To support the Quality Manager/Head of Teaching Learning & Quality in producing data for ad-hoc requests.
The Quality Data Analyst will:
- Provide a helpful, professional and flexible service to internal and external customers of the department or the College
- Act in accordance with college values and positively represent Barnet and Southgate Collège in all aspects of your work
- Operate in accordance with the College's policies and procedures
- Act in a safe manner which safeguards the health and safety of yourself and others
- Be aware of equality and diversity, the needs of customers and learners and demonstrate these principles in all aspects of your work
- Be familiar with and comply with the College's safeguarding requirements which protect the welfare of children and vulnerable adults
- Participate in and take responsibility for your own learning and development
- Provide cover or support for other members of your team and undertake any other duties required by your line manager appropriate to your position within the organisation. This includes attending other Barnet and Southgate College campuses if required.
