Iworld Senior Council Tax Officer

Job description

Morgan Hunt's London based client is looking for a Senior Revenues Officer to join their team.

In order to be immediately effective in this position the ideal candidate will have previous experience with:

• Supporting a Revenues Manager in all aspects of managing of a council tax team including the Billing, Collection and Recovery of Council Tax
• Dealing with customer accounts and queries and complaints including written correspondence and phone calls
• Managing the team inbox
• Working alongside Revenues Team Leader to implement procedures which will ensure effective collection.
• Dealing with enquiries by telephone, face to face and written correspondence on all queries related to Council Tax.
• Training and development for all team members
• The candidate will be proficient in Iworld
