Senior Shared Ownership Officer

Morgan Hunt are currently looking for a Senior Shared Ownership Officer in South East London. This role is will be until March 2023 with potential to extend.

The main purpose of the role is to manage a portfolio of shared ownership leases.

Responsibilities of a Senior Shared Ownership Officer:

• Manage a variety of shred ownership functions following procedural and legislative deadlines
• Create templates for resales, staircasing, re-mortgages, lease extensions, rent and service charge arrears policy etc
• Manage post occupation leasehold transactions
• Consult with shared owners and have experience as well as understanding of shared ownership legislation issues the issues relating to shred owners by communicating this clearly in writing, interview and telephone.
• Take legal action as necessary and ensure all legal paperwork is completed to a high standard.
• Attend court hearings - including tribunal & mediation

Location: South East London

Salary: £27 - £30 LTD per Hour

Contract: until March 2023 with potential to extend

Working schedule: Hybrid

Essential experience/knowledge:

• Thorough knowledge of shared ownership
• Experience with managing shared ownership portfolios
• Knowledge of recent legislation
• Experience of producing policies and procedures
• Customer service skills
• Ability to upskill and train others
