Neighbourhood Officer
Morgan Hunt are looking for a Neighbourhood Officer for our client in South London.
Job title: Neighbourhood Officer
Location: South London
Salary: £33,000 - £35,000
Contract: Permanent
Requirements of Neighbourhood Officer:
- Assist with rent collection, processing and arrears
- Liaise with solicitors and leaseholders
- Carry out visits to tenants for issues such as complaints, settling-in and repairs etc
- Work in a customer-facing environment
This role involves travelling to different sites within North London and has flexible working.
Essential experience for Neighbourhood Officer:
- Experience working with tenants and leaseholders
- Experience of contributing to housing and customer care strategy
- Knowledge of housing management law and practice
