Property Services Manager

3 month contract

£30 - £38/hour LTD

Summary

Morgan Hunt are working with a Housing Association based in London, currently looking for a talented Property Services Manager to join their team on an interim basis.

You will be responsible for the smooth running of day to day repairs, voids and disrepair, as well as placing orders using schedule of rates, checking orders including post inspections and signing off payments.

Responsibilities

• Line management of a small team (team of 2).
• Budget management.
• Manage disrepair claims.
• Contract management.
• Oversee the repairs and maintenance service.

About you

• Experience in managing the repairs/maintenance service within a social housing setting.
• Experience managing budgets.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficient IT skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams/Zoom. Knowledge of SDM is desirable).
• Experience managing a team.
