Morgan Hunt is looking for two temporary Customer Service Officers for our clients in Brixton. This is a office based role with the main office based in Brixton.
Job Title- Customer Service Officer x2
Location- Brixton
Salary- £19 - £25 per hour Umbrella
Contract- Temporary (3 months)
Start Date- As soon as possible
Responsibilities for the Customer Service Officer
- To work as part of a team responsible for focusing on delivering excellent services which matter to our customers and communities
- To act as first point of contact for all customer enquiries from residents
- To provide administrative support to the staff team in their delivery of services to residents and other customers
Ideal Candidate for the Customer Service Officer
- 1 year minimum experience in the social housing sector dealing with services including repairs, rent, housing management, service charge.
- Experience using Northgate
