Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer


£30,000 - £33,431

9:00am - 5:00pm - 2-3 days in the office

Morgan Hunt are working with a reputable Housing Association who are seeking a Executive Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be supporting the Chief Executive Officer with various administartion duties and liasing with senior stakeholders.

Main Duties:

As a Executive Assistant you will be responsible for the below:

  • Diary management, Mailbox management, travel arrangement, booking meetings and booking hospitality
  • Providing and proofreading documents before board and stakeholders meetings.
  • Minute taking and updating relevant members of actions processed as well as delayed actions.
  • Managing the office supplies and implementing Health and Safety requirements.
  • Assisting the marketing team on an ad-hoc basis with updating media content.


As a Executive Assistant you must have the below: .

  • Must have extensive Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant experience.
  • Proven knowledge of working in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role within the Higher Education or Further sector.
  • Ability to be proactive in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong IT skills e.g Microsoft.
