Job title: Housing Officer
Location: City of London
Salary: £33,000
Contract: Permanent
Responsibilities of Housing Officer:
- Resolve incidents of nuisance and anti-social behaviour
- Carry out visits to tenants for issues such as complaints, settling-in and repairs etc
- Carrying out estate inspections
- Work in a customer-facing environment providing an excellent and personal housing management service
Essential experience for Housing Officer:
- Experience of working in housing
- Great understanding of the social housing sector
- Understanding of housing law and practice
- Excellent customer service skills
