Housing and Support Assistant Needed!
Our client is on the look out for hardworking individual who would love to assist the housing and support team to deliver high quality support to their residents.
If you enjoy a varied role, this may be perfect for you! Within this role you will be the first of contact to the residents and visitors- responding to a range of queries, providing information and hostilistic advice.The post holder will deliver a consistent high-quality customer service, providing an excellent service experience for everyone they come into contact with - especially our residents and their support network.
Duties will be incredibly varied from usual reception type duties such as providing a telephone switchboard service for the site, sorting posts, logging repairs and processing payments. This role also plays a key part in keeping the building safe.
There are two vacancies available;
48 hrs per week, worked on a rota basis over 12hr night shifts
40 hours on a shift rota including weekends
