Income Officer

Job description

Morgan Hunt are currently looking for a Income Officer in London. This role is a 3-month ongoing opportunity to start as soon as possible.

The main purpose of an Income Officer is to undertake a range of income collection duties relating to rent and service charge income; to provide a coordinated, flexible, and effective income collection service.

Responsibilities of an Income Officer:

• Achieving and maintaining lowest achievable levels of current rent and former tenancy arrears and ensure the growth of income recovery.
• Experience using Capita Academy Housing System desired but not essential
• Knowledge and understanding of welfare benefits

Location: London

Salary: £24-26 LTD per Hour

Contract: 3-month Ongoing Contract

Working schedule: Hybrid
