Resident Liaison Officer

South London

3 Month On-going Temporary Role, £15-£16 p/h PAYE


Morgan Hunt are working with a South London based Housing Organisation, currently looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Officer to join their team

The role will involve delivering responses both verbal and written in a professional manner, ensuring that the organisations standards are met throughout the whole service request/complaint cycle.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create templates, forms and step-by-step guides related to customer service functions associated with the Chaucer House Fire Remediation Works.
  • Preserve, develop and review all business support systems, developments and procedures, to ensure a quality, cost effect service and to promote continuous improvement.
  • Advise and support residents by finding quick and efficient solutions to any queries and issues they may have, as well as ensuring that the resident's expectations are managed.
  • Provide support to the Building Contracts Manager in reviewing and applying new processes to assist effective management of services, requests and complaints.
  • Manage relationships with significant contract partnerships and supply chain in order to ensure contractual, procurement, statutory and regulatory compliance.
  • Support the Asset Management Team by carrying out various duties.

About you:

  • Capability to work independently, displaying good initiative and judgement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as good IT skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload in an organised manner.
  • Experience with preserving a high level of contact with both residents and contractors, which has entailed dealing with complex issues and finding innovative ways to resolve such problems.
  • Comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
