HR Advisor - Leading Housing Association - Surrey/London
This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Advisor to join an established Housing Association.
Reporting into the HR Operations Manager you will be responsible for providing advice and support on day to day HR processes. Your key accountabilities will include:-
You should have a broad HR Generalist skill set ideally gained in the Housing or Not for Profit sectors. Your strengths should include managing employee relations issues, supporting organisational change and managing payroll. Excellent communication skills and experience of using an HRIS system is essential.
