Whether you've:
- Worked in Care, Support or a vulnerable setting previously.
- Experienced working with those facing challenges involving Anti-Social Behaviour, Homelessness, Domestic Violence, Substance Misuse or Rough Sleeping?
- Currently in a role of a similar nature, and looking for a change of environment or just a new challenge with a new organisation?
- Maybe you're in a role that offers transferable skills such as compassion and empathy.
This role is based in the North East London and is a full-time, Permanent role. It will of course include the generic responsibilities of Housing Support Officer however having the right attributes, ethics and values is extremely important to the organisation:
Housing support officer responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for all clients, visitors and staff members.
- Addressing outstanding client service charge arrears and issuing the mandatory rent arrears warning letters.
- Providing care and support to clients and maintaining contact with the most vulnerable on a regular basis.
- Deal with Anti-Social Behaviour, Homelessness, Domestic Violence, Substance Misuse and Rough Sleeping incidents.
- Respond to all emergencies involving clients of the project, or staff members in line with H&S procedures.
