Morgan Hunt are looking for Workforce Information Officer for our NHS client based in South East London

Pay Rate: £18.48ph PAYE £2.86 WTR - Total £20.71ph

Duration: 12 month contract type - 1Permanent

Location: South East London

Hours - 37.5 pw - Monday to Friday - Flexible between 8am to 6pm

We are looking for someone who has solid administration and excel skills, can show initiative, structured in their work and gets on well in a team.

Job Role:

Maintain establishment control using ESR Work structures

  • Take a lead in the development of a regular, timely workforce information service to the Trust
  • Provide workforce information to HR colleagues and Managers across the Trust and be responsible for maintaining information systems towards that task
  • Assist in providing information and reports for ad hoc internal and external enquiries
  • Undertake duties in relation to Workforce systems administration including ESR
  • Carry out workforce systems cleansing and project activities

Establishment Control/Management

  • 1. To ensure that all organisational data and attributes reflect the agreed organisational hierarchies on ESR through processing Alteration to Establishment (A2E) forms and conversing with Finance.
  • 2. To carry out creation, amendment and deletion of positions and other associated changes in relation to work structures on ESR, whilst ensuring governance protocols are followed.
  • 3. Assist in the regular establishment reconciliation between ESR and the Finance system to ensure that vacancy information taken from ESR is accurate and up to date.
  • 4. Highlight work structures data quality issues, identify the causes of these, and propose solutions to overcome these.
  • 5. Keep all logs and associated spreadsheets up to date so that establishment control and workforce planning monitoring processes are maintained.
  • 6. Keep all system/reporting SOP and process maps up to date.
