We are currently working with a fantastic Health Membership body to recruit for a Team Leader position!
Contract Type - Permanent
Salary - Up to £35,000pa
Location - London
Hybrid - Yes
Hours - Full Time
Main Duties of the Team Leader:
* Managing a team to support their members
* Improving the member experience ensuring a high-quality service is provided
* Act as an escalation point for members
* Responsible for leadership, motivation and development of staff
Experience Required of the Team Leader:
* Experience of working at a supervisor level
* Experience of working in a fast-paced membership or customer service environment
* Ability to utilise a CRM database at an advanced level
